    • FedEx Express International: 2–5 business days

  2. Can I drive in the United States with this document?

    This document does not grant driving privileges.

    It is a translation and companion document intended to help interpret the information contained in a valid driver’s license issued by your home country.

    You must always carry your valid government-issued driver's license.

    Driving eligibility is determined by local laws and regulations in the country you are visiting.

  3. Can I apply from Australia, Asia, or other countries?

    Yes. Applications can be submitted online from anywhere in the world.

    We provide services to customers internationally and ship documents worldwide.

  4. Do I need to carry my driver's license together with this document?

    Yes.

    This document must always be presented together with your valid driver's license issued by your home country.

    It is not valid on its own.

  5. I received an email claiming I could avoid tickets or penalties by using this document. Is this true?

    No.

    This document does not replace a driver's license and cannot be used to avoid traffic violations, penalties, or legal responsibilities.

    Any such claims are incorrect.

    No.

    This document is not valid on its own and must always be used together with a valid government-issued driver’s license.

    To renew your document, please contact our customer support team and provide:

    • Your previous document number
    • A copy of the expired document (if available)

      Once the renewal request is processed, the updated document will typically be issued within 24 hours.

  8. What should I do if I lose my document?

    If your document is lost, please contact customer support and provide:

    • Your document number
    • Your full name

      A duplicate can be issued after payment of the reprint fee and shipping cost.

  9. I moved to a new address. Can I update my information?

    Yes.

    Please contact our support team and provide:

    • Your existing document number
    • Your new address

      A replacement document can be issued after payment of the reprint fee and shipping cost.

  10. I am currently traveling abroad. What address should I use in the application?

    You should provide the same address that appears on your driver’s license issued by your home country.

  11. I lost my driver's license. Can I apply for this document?

    No.

    This document is only available to individuals who hold a valid driver's license issued by their home country.

    If your license has been lost or expired, you should first obtain a replacement from the issuing authority.

  12. My driver's license will expire soon. Can I still use the document?

    The document is valid only while your original driver's license remains valid.

    If your driver's license expires, the document will no longer be valid.
