Shipping Information

Email confirmations, including tracking numbers and estimated delivery times, are automatically sent for all USPS, DHL, and UPS shipments.

The digital version of your license will be delivered by email as both an attachment and a download link.

Standard digital delivery is completed within 24-48 business hours after the manual review process is completed.
Urgent processing is typically completed within approximately 15 minutes after the manual review is completed.
Urgent processing (15-minute service) is available Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM Eastern Time.

Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories are not included in standard U.S. shipping rates and are classified as international shipments.
International shipping outside the United States costs $35.00.
Orders placed with our Urgent Service before 3:00 PM EST are eligible for next business day delivery anywhere within the continental United States (excluding P.O. Boxes). Applications submitted on Friday will be delivered on Monday.
Up to six (6) documents may be shipped in one envelope.
A 7% Florida sales tax applies to Florida residents, including orders delivered to a Florida address or picked up in person at our office.
Due to customs restrictions affecting certain countries in Africa, the Middle East, and Asia, delivery times may be longer than usual.
Military addresses are treated as U.S. destinations. Free shipping and priority shipping options are available; however, overnight shipping is not available for military addresses.
International shipping fees for remote or mountainous areas may be higher than the standard international shipping rate.
