2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

4. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification including:

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, modification, counterfeiting, or commercial use is prohibited.

8. User-Submitted Content

Customers retain ownership of personal identification documents, photographs, and other materials submitted to us for processing purposes.

By submitting content to us, you grant International Automobile Association Inc. a limited, non-exclusive authorization to process, reproduce, transmit, and store such content solely for order fulfillment, customer support, fraud prevention, replacement services, legal compliance, and operational purposes in accordance with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

9. Non-Government Affiliation Disclosure

International Automobile Association Inc. is an independent private company and is not affiliated with any government agency, motor vehicle department, licensing authority, or international treaty organization.

Any translation, informational, or travel-support documents provided by us are not government-issued identification documents and do not replace a valid government-issued driver’s license.

Customers are solely responsible for complying with local laws and regulations applicable in the jurisdictions where they travel or operate vehicles.
