2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that copyrighted material available on our website infringes your rights, you may submit a written DMCA notice containing the following information pursuant to 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3):

- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed

3. Our Response to Notices

4. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification including:

- Identification of the removed material and its prior location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification
- Your contact information, including name, address, phone number, and email address
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material in accordance with applicable law unless the original complainant files legal action within the legally prescribed period.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy

8. User-Submitted Content
Customers retain ownership of personal identification documents, photographs, and other materials submitted to us for processing purposes.
By submitting content to us, you grant International Automobile Association Inc. a limited, non-exclusive authorization to process, reproduce, transmit, and store such content solely for order fulfillment, customer support, fraud prevention, replacement services, legal compliance, and operational purposes in accordance with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
